What Is Kung Fu?
Kung Fu is the common name for Chinese Martial Arts, but it really means great skill as a result of dedication and hard work.Hence to be good at Kung Fu one must put the time and effort in. There are lots of different types of Kung Fu, (really called Wushu), each with there own style,benefits and philosophies.

What Are It's Benefits?
Kung Fu is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, we will get you fit!

The great thing is that even the most unfit beginner can, with time and dedication, become good at Kung Fu. You will increase your coordination, self discipline and fitness.

Aswell as the physical and mental benefits of Kung Fu, learning self defense will increase self confidence and well-being. The exercise itself could also help to reduce stress. Finally, Kung Fu is interesting, stimulating and good fun.


Please wear track suit, clean T-shirt and good grip trainers

Must be over 10 years and under 70, Under 13's to be accompanied by adult.
